Get Your Kids To Make Their Bed And Save Their Brain

 Yes, it’s true!

Dr. Robert Wilson, author of a groundbreaking study says conscientiousness starts with parents teaching their children how to make their bed.

He further states, the more conscientious you are, the less chance of getting Alzheimer’s disease in later life.

The study suggests hard working, goal oriented and dependable people have a far lower risk of getting Alzheimer’s disease.

He defines conscientiousness as:

•    I keep my belongings clean.
•    I pace myself to get things done on time.
•    I have a clear set of goals.
•    I work towards them in an orderly fashion.

He says parents should instil into their children:

•    Do your homework promptly.
•    Make your bed.
